For more than 20 years, I've worked across corporate real estate, facilities, workplace strategy, technical leadership and large-scale capital project management. I've built and developed the real estate portfolio, workplace programs and physical sites for a large, globally recognized tech company, scaling it to 50+ offices across 16 countries as the company grew from a small private business through IPO to a Fortune 1000 and S&P 500 company.

The workplace programs were internationally recognized for excellence and centered on hospitality principles, contributing to recognition on Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For list, along with multiple local awards for office design and culture.

My background spans the full real estate lifecycle, from market analysis and financial modeling to transaction execution, design and construction, integrated facilities management and long-term portfolio optimization.
